What Is A Beacon Score?
I recently found out that I have a beacon score of 700, I was just wondering what a beacon score is and if a score of 700 is considered good or bad?

A beacon score is the name given to an Equifax branded FICO score. In simple terms this means it’s the FICO score which is based off the information that the credit bureau Equifax has on you.
A score of 700 is considered to be ‘very good’ (a score over 720 is considered excellent), this means that you’ll usually be offered the best interest rate. In some cases you may have to pay a small premium (+0.13%) as you’re not in that excellent category.
